In Poland, where the sale of OTC (over the counter) drugs, as well as supplements and cosmetics, makes up as much as 48% of pharmacy sales, the importance of expositions is increasing.
As you can see, the sample expositions are very similar to those which are familiar from the FMCG market. But there is one additional, specific element of the impact on sales here - the "pharmacist's recommendation", which plays an important role for pharmacy customers.
