ROI stands - own brand vs manufacturer

As we can see cardboard racks are used by Lidl to support their own brand "Cien" and by such giants as PepsiCo or Red Bull.


Communication solutions are similar, but you can immediately see the difference in the approach to the amount of product that is to fit on the stand.
The retailer assigns himself the best place, he has it for free and the exhibition is mainly to support the image of his own brand. Sales are generated from the shelf anyway. Manufacturers have to pay for the place, hence such displays by definition must fit more product, sale of which must earn the cost of the rack and display.
